Locations that have received this quality mark, such as World Forum, can rightly call themselves an excellent meeting place and are reliable partners for events.
Welcome Accessibility Events assesses the accessibility of venues for people with various disabilities. The assessment considers various aspects of accessibility, including accessibility, wheelchair accessibility, design, communication, experience, and safety.
Since 2019, the World Forum has achieved the Accessible Location certification for the third time, demonstrating continuous improvements in accessibility over the years.
Green Key is the largest sustainability certification for the hospitality sector in the Netherlands. They promote sustainability within the sector and reduce its environmental impact. Green Key-certified organizations meet strict standards across 12 sustainability themes and do everything they can to protect the environment without compromising guest comfort and quality.
The certification has three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The level is determined by the extent to which a company implements sustainability measures and meets established sustainability standards. World Forum has already received the Green Key Gold several times.
ISO 20121 is a vital resource that guides organizations in developing more ethical, environmentally friendly, and socially responsible practices. For the World Forum, it serves as a guide to sustainable event management and helps seamlessly integrate sustainability into every aspect of event planning and execution. The standard emphasizes human and children's rights, as well as the legacy of events, and demonstrates the transformative role of sustainability in the sector.
ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized standard for quality management. ISO 9001 demonstrates that World Forum has well-established processes and that employees are trained to consistently deliver high-quality products or services.
