What time does the performance begin?
Please check our theatre calendar for performance times.

How can I travel to World Forum by public transport?
Simply take the train to The Hague Central Station. Then go to the Central Station – Schedeldoekshaven tram stop and take tram 1 in the direction of Scheveningen Noorderstrand. Get off at the World Forum tram stop. World Forum is just a 5-minute walk from the stop.

I use crutches, a wheeled walker or a wheelchair; can I enter the auditorium and where can I leave with my crutches or walker?
You may enter the auditorium using a wheelchair, crutches or  wheeled walker. You may take them with you to your seat and, once you have settled into your seat, a World Forum employee would be pleased to put your wheelchair, crutches or wheeled walker in a safe and secure place. For wheelchair places in the auditorium, please contact the related ticket agent.


What are the parking fees and are there enough parking spaces?
World Forum Theater has its own parking garage with sufficient parking spaces for theatre guests. Parking fees are € 3.75 per hour, with a maximum amount equal to a day ticket at € 14.00. Exit cards are available at the World Forum Front Office and at the payment terminals in the parking garage itself.

Is handicapped parking available?
There are eleven handicapped parking spaces available in the parking garage. You can park in one of these spaces if you have a handicapped parking permit. You can receive a free exit ticket for the parking garage at the World Forum Front Office.

Lost and found

I forgot or lost my coat, handbag, scarf, telephone, etc. How can I get it back?
Please contact our Front Office on telephone number 070 306 63 66 to find out whether your lost object has been found. If it has not been found, we will make a note of your details and contact you should it be found later. You can also send an email to

Ticket sales

Where can I buy tickets? 
While ticket sales for most performances are carried out via, ticket sales for a number of performances are conducted via other sales points. Check our theatre calendar to see which organisation will be conducting ticket sales for which performance.

I purchased tickets for a performance via Groupon/ vakantieveilingen? Where can I collect my tickets?
If you have ordered tickets via Groupon or vakantieveilingen, these organisations will send you the tickets by email. In some instances, the tickets can be printed for you and collected at our theatre box office an hour before the start of the performance.

How can I make a reservation for the theatre menu?
If you would like to make a reservation for the theatre menu, please contact us on telephone number 070 306 63 66 or at email address f& The theatre menu is served in the Pangea restaurant, which is open from 5:30 p.m., with dinner beginning at around 6:00 p.m. Please note: a dinner package is not available in conjunction with every show at World Forum.

How can I make a reservation for the intermission package?
If you would like to make a reservation for the intermission package, please contact us on telephone number 070 306 63 66 or at email address f& The intermission package is served during the intermission. You can collect the voucher for your intermission package before the performance at the black reception desk in the main lobby. Please note: an intermission package is not available in conjunction with every show.
